General Betting and Bet Settlement Rules
- Who may place bets
- Only verified customers who meet eligibility rules and have sufficient balance may place bets.
- Betting is only allowed on markets made available in the bet slip at the time of placement.
- Bet acceptance
- A bet is accepted when it receives a transaction ID and appears as Confirmed in your bet history.
- Pending or processing status means no acceptance yet. We may refuse, limit, or partially accept any bet before confirmation.
- Stakes, limits, and odds
- Minimum and maximum stakes per market are shown in the bet slip and may change. Limits can also apply to maximum returns.
- Odds are those displayed at the time of acceptance. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time.
- Settlement of bets
- Bets are settled based on the official result published by the governing body of the event. Where no official source exists, settlement follows generally accepted industry sources.
- For singles, returns equal stake multiplied by accepted odds. For multiples, legs are multiplied; a void leg settles at odds of 1.00.
- Dead heat and related contingencies are settled under standard industry practice stated in market rules.
- Postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled events
- If an event is postponed, abandoned, or materially rescheduled, settlement follows the specific market rules shown in the bet slip and Help Centre. Certain bets may be void.
- Errors and palpable mistakes
- If a manifest error occurs in odds, market, or event details, we may void the bet or settle at the correct odds that were intended at the time of acceptance.
- Restrictions and responsible markets
- Bets on underage events or prohibited competitions are not offered.
- We may restrict markets or suspend betting to manage integrity risks, comply with legal duties, or protect customers.
- Cancellations
- You cannot cancel a confirmed bet. In cases of system failure, regulatory instruction, or palpable error, affected bets may be voided.
